Estimation
If you are interested in consigning a property in one of our auctions, FAAM will provide free estimations in any of our three locations. FAAM will accept estimations without appointment at our Miami offices Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 9am to 1pm.  By appointment, FAAM also offers free estimations in our New York and Paris offices. 
If you are unable to come in person, please send a photograph of your property through the online valuation form on "request an estimate" tab of this site and include all relevant information regarding the property, such as: title, artist, size, medium, date, provenance, etc. 
 
Consigning a Property
The FAAM consignment agreement outlines all of the conditions of sale and relevant information regarding selling your property; a copy of the FAAM consignment agreement can be obtained by contacting one of the FAAM experts via e-mail at info@faamiami.com or via telephone at (305) 573-4228. 
 
Supplementary Charges
For every lot, FAAM will apply a vendor’s commission and, unless otherwise agreed, charge the consignor any other sale-related costs, such as: catalogue illustration(s), storage on our premises, and transport of the property.  After the auction, FAAM will inform the seller regarding the status of the lot(s) offered for sale.  Provided FAAM has received the payment in full from the buyer thirty-five calendar days after the sale, FAAM will pay the seller the net proceeds (the hammer price less any sales related costs and vendor’s commission).
